Scientific Games, a leading provider of gaming technology and services announced today that it will acquire Authentic Gaming in order to enter the Live Casino market. The acquisition is strategically important for Scientific Games as they look to offer more localized products and studios in the US.

Stepping Into Live Casino in Style

Scientific Games made its entry into the live casino arena with the acquisition of Authentic Gaming, a developer of top live casino software. The acquisition is the latest move in the company's aim to become the leading global provider of cross-platform gaming.

Authentic Gaming has established a reputation as an expert in live roulette, providing casino players with the thrills of the game on both desktop and mobile devices.
